One Choice Mortgage provides mortgage loan services to more than 200 brokers and title companies across Wisconsin. One Choice Mortgage, LLC was incorporated on July 26, 2001 with the goal of securing a position of industry leadership in Wisconsin over the first five years of business and capturing a portion of out-of-state business within ten years. It is the contention of each employee at One Choice Mortgage that this goal can be met by delivering exemplary customer service to our valued mortgage brokers and providing them with loan packages that are competitive and innovative.

The Challenge

One Choice knew that it needed more than just faster transmission of closing packages. Speed was irrelevant if documents did not look exactly right, so the system had to maintain document accuracy and give both document senders and recipients the ability to preview online before printing. The system also had to be secure. And, of course, it had to be easy to start up and use, to improve, not interrupt, the document processors’ efficiency. Paper mortgage documents, created on computers, printed, assembled, and then couriered or express mailed to the closing, had the distinct disadvantage of taking anywhere from a few hours to a few days to arrive. One Choice customers began to demand faster delivery, and the company looked into electronic delivery technologies.
