At least, that is what they were telling me. I had given them Toni's SwiftPublish instructions in Word Doc format, and they were all very pleased.
"However, yesterday one of them had a problem resending a doc set. Another had a problem sending a rider after a docset. Toni noticed the duplicate transmissions in both cases, and she took it upon herself to call both closers and walk them through the process. She first left a voice mail, and I understand they were a little hesitant about calling back. However, she finally got them on the phone and now they are all glowing about how wonderful she was! I had told them Toni had mortgage training as well as MortgageWare training, but I don't think they realized how much Toni could help until they talked to her.
