PORTLAND, Or, – Apr. 29, 2004 – SwiftView Inc. has entered into an agreement with Delphi Information Sciences Corporation to offer its SwiftSend LoanDocs® web-based electronic document delivery service to customers of Delphi's Discovery® mortgage banking software. Discovery customers will now have the ability to electronically deliver confidential documents in a secure, encrypted environment.
"We've been searching for a secure electronic document delivery service to package with Discovery and we finally found the perfect solution in SwiftSend," said Delphi President Michael Hoffman. "The product is extremely user-friendly and requires virtually no training. In addition, many of our customers already use the SwiftView Viewer for print preview, so it's a name they can trust. We're very excited about the prospects."
According to SwiftView President Steve Bachelder, "SwiftSend is a perfect third party solution for mortgage technology vendors because it requires no integration and is extremely easy to use. Our document security is audited to higher levels than industry standards, with Secure Socket Layer (SSL / HTTPS) based links used for all connections and transactions.
"We've very pleased that Delphi has chosen SwiftSend as an enhancement to its Discovery LOS. The products work very well together and our partnership will enable both companies to provide an even higher level of support and service so that lenders can begin achieving many of the efficiencies and cost savings of a paperless mortgage solution."
Towne Mortgage Company, a residential and commercial mortgage lender headquartered in Sterling Heights, Mich., is a customer of both SwiftView and Delphi. "As a direct retail and wholesale lender, flexibility and responsiveness are critical to our success. Using SwiftSend with Discovery allows us to process last minute client requests," said company President Don Calcaterra Jr. "The seamless integration of the two systems allows us to electronically deliver mortgage documents quickly and cost-effectively. We are very pleased with the simple way in which SwiftSend's program integrates with Discovery.
"It is by far the easiest and most reliable system we have deployed. Our people learned the system quickly and there have not been any performance problems. Delphi and SwiftSend have been outstanding business partners and we look forward to growing with them."
SwiftSend, a secure, Web-based enterprise solution that streamlines the document management and delivery process, integrates seamlessly with all Delphi products and other Windows applications. The service is built with SwiftView's industry-standard technology that assures superior delivery and remote printing reliability. SwiftSend has been proven to save lenders significant time and money, with no up-front investment.
