PORTLAND, Ore – October 3, 2005 – SwiftView, Inc. announced today that Todd Moncrief has been promoted from Director of Business Development to Vice President of Business Development.

As VP of Business Development, Moncrief is responsible for developing and managing relationships with other companies in the mortgage technology industry. He also helps direct company strategy and the rollout of new products.

Moncrief came to SwiftView in 2003 with over ten years of experience in mortgage lending and technology solutions. He also has a proven track record in building successful business relationships and integrating best-of-breed technologies. Prior to joining SwiftView, Moncrief worked on both sides of the industry, as a mortgage lender and as a technology provider to lenders. As Executive Vice President of American Mortgage Advisors, Inc., Moncrief gained first-hand experience in all phases of loan processing. In subsequent roles in business analysis and product management with Mortgagebot and Fiserv, he drove business and technology initiatives to improve loan-processing efficiency. Moncrief holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of South Florida.
