SwiftSend Outbox |
The service automatically creates for each a registered user an online Outbox the user can access from the Internet. The Outbox contains the status and summary of all documents sent. Using the Outbox, document creators can view their documents and properties, track the delivery progress, send the documents to additional recipients, view recipient comments, and delete obsolete documents. |
Send-a-File

Electronic files can be exchanged securely with Send-a-File feature. By clicking the Send-a-File button in the Outbox, users can easily send files that can be opened, edited and saved by recipients. |
Notification of Non-Delivery |
SwiftSend will automatically email a sender at defined intervals (one or many) to notify him/her if a package has not been viewed. |

Workgroup Administration (WGA) Tools |
Tailor each workgroup to meet your company’s administration and policy needs. Using the WGA, a supervisor can set workgroup properties such as, return receipt and password required, doc maximum lifetime and default messages to recipients. WGA is also used to set permission levels for each workgroup member, such as, adding or deleting members, editing addressbooks, viewing reports, and accessing member Outboxes. |
Quality Control Plus |
Provides for a two-stage delivery that allows for an internal review of documents before they are sent to recipients. Documents submitted for review are not sent directly to the Sender’s Outbox or to the recipient. Instead, the document is stored on the SwiftSend server and a link to the document is placed in the Sender’s Pending box and in a Delivery Approval box. Designated Approvers can retrieve documents from the Delivery Approval box, review them, and either approve them for delivery or reject them.
