How It Works
SwiftSend Investor Delivery works on the simple principle that customers focus on gathering together the necessary documents, and SwiftSend will take care of packaging, converting, and uploading the documents to the investor of their choice.

Set Up
SwiftView works with leading investors to implement investor specifications that meet the format and delivery requirements for electronic deliveries for each investor. The same investor specification can be used by any lender to deliver loans to a given investor. If you are already delivering loans electronically to an investor, switching to using SwiftSend Investor Delivery is easy. This gives you the flexibility to choose which loans to send to which investor.Delivering a Closed Loan
Using SwiftSend eLoanFolderŪ, create an eFolder for the closed loan and add all required documents to the eFolder by printing, faxing, or uploading them to the eFolder. Customers not using SwiftSend eLoanFolder to collect and manage the loan documents can fax or scan and upload all of the required loan documents into the eFolder as one file or as individual documents. Create a delivery package containing the documents required by the investor. Click the Outbound icon in the eFolder to display the Investor Delivery page. Pick the investor to whom you wish to deliver the loan and fill out a few simple items to initiate the delivery. The investor delivery loan package will be created, converted to the format required by the investor, and securely uploaded to the investor. The sender or any authorized workgroup administrators can monitor the status of the delivery by clicking the Outbound tab at the top of any SwiftSend workgroup administration screen.Risk-Free Technology
There are no industry standards for electronic investor delivery, so each investor is free to develop and modify requirements for accepting loans electronically. This uncertainty can put a serious strain on IT resources trying to keep up with ever-changing requirements. With purchased investor delivery solutions, or those developed in house, this can be a substantial investment in staff costs, the cost of software and hardware licenses, and in potential lapses in your ability to deliver loans to investors electronically. As a standard part of the SwiftSend service, SwiftView assumes responsibility for ensuring that SwiftSend Investor Delivery complies with current requirements.Total Return on Investment
No upfront costs, no hardware or software purchases, and no long-term obligation. You pay only for what you use. With no investment costs to pay back or amortize, you save on the very first delivery to an investor and your savings grow the more you use the service.Getting Started
