When your company has a special technical or process issue, our dedicated program management staff comes through. We offer personalized, competent attention to your needs by a team with over 40 man-years of technical and project management experience.
Experienced support available when you (and your recipients!) need it
While we are continuously improving technology to reduce the need for technical support, we know there may be a time when you-or your recipients-have a question or need assistance. You can expect quick, courteous answers from a team of SwiftSend experts that are stationed near our management team and development staff.
Even more important, we're there for you-by telephone or email-when your business needs us most! Friendly SwiftSend support specialists are ready to help you 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. SwiftSend's technical support staff directly answers telephone calls and actively monitors the tech support email inbox Mon - Fri, 5 AM - 7 PM Pacific Time, except some national holidays.
During all other hours, including all weekends and holidays, our support staff members will return telephone calls within 30 minutes to users that leave a message in the tech support voice mailbox. Typical response time is less than 15 minutes. Technical support staff members check email at least twice every 24-hours on weekends and holidays. Please be sure to leave your telephone number when calling or emailing.
